This document explains how to resolve any issues with your email account settings. If you do not have an email address then click below to register Register for the OAPI.OATA.ORG Online Service Hub (OWSH) This process is self-registration so it will take around 2-3 days for the Hub to be activated on your website. How does it work? The OATS service enables your clients or members to use the Members Area (and the messages) directly from their email accounts. They can access the site in any browser and then log in with their email credentials. Using the Online Service Hub Step One If your email address has been changed, please make sure your new address is saved in the Outlook, Outlook Express or Thunderbird email client. You will be required to reset your password and we will send you an email when the Hub has been activated. Step Two Step Three After the Hub is activated you will be able to log in with your email credentials. Step Four If you are creating a secure server you may get an error message that states "The web page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred." This is because the web server is using a different port to access the website, we need to change this so the server knows it is accessing our hub. Setting the port for the secure server (Only used by the OATS service) From the Control Panel main menu, click the Secure Servers link. On the Secure Servers panel, click the Advanced Settings link. Click the Port, Protocol, and Authentication settings on the left side of the page. Click the Port, Protocol, and Authentication settings for the Secure Server. Enter a new value for the Port (for example, 443) in the Server Port box, and then click the Save button. If you are using an ISP, you may have to enter a new port in your account or ISP settings (Contact your ISP for more information). We recommend a secure server for OATS so that you can access your profile from different locations, such as your office, home or mobile phone. Step Five If you are having problems with the secure server you can set the port using the HINARI.ORG domain. To find your domain: Go to the Control Panel main menu. Click the Domain Settings link.
